Strategies for Working with Emotionally Disturbed Students Oct 14, 2009
This presentation is an overview of issues surrounding restraints and seclusion, as well as those interventions that not only remove the need for such actions but create a more positive learning environment. Learn proactive structures for individuals with Emotional Disturbance. This training will provide documentation forms, and show video examples of behavior that could result in application of an aversive without skillful intervention. Dialogue time with colleagues and analysing your own scenarios with small groups will be provided.
