This workshop will provide ideas on how to be proactive in classroom settings in order to avoid misbehavior in preschoolers. Information will be discussed on ways to provide developmentally appropriate environments and curricula. Participants will learn the use of visual strategies to help children understand the expectations of the environment and to communicate with others. This workshop will provide strategies to promote appropriate behaviors in a preschool setting, keeping children actively engaged in learning.
